The camp project was developed by a group of architects from the Leningrad Zonal Research and Design Institute for Standard and Experimental Design of Residential and Public Buildings. Igor Borisovich Malkov was the chief architect.
While working on the design of the new pavilion, we drew inspiration from the concept and creativity of the original creators of the complex to complement and preserve
the ensemble’s appearance.
Our pavilion, Wave, symbolizes movement and transformation.
The complex is located on the shore of the Pacific Ocean.
The camp has a strong concept based on a maritime theme—the buildings resemble the curved trails left by waves
on the shore.
Even the names of the buildings—Sail and Brig—along
with their shapes, evoke the history of shipbuilding.
